In times of stress, everyone reacts differently. Mental and emotional needs that may have been controlled when everything was functioning normally may not be able to be met in their traditional ways. Those who rely on yoga, massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, in person pscyhotherapy, hypnosis, or who need a particular routine, may struggle during this time. Please use these resources as you see fit, and guide others to them as well.
